At Common Thread Community Farm we pride ourselves on providing fresh, local, and organic produce to families.  For some members the vegetables you get in your share are old favorites, but sometimes there are vegetables unfamiliar or a different color than most are used to.  These pages are intended to help members with the storage, washing and preparation, and preserving the harvest for later in the season.  We hope you find them helpful.
